The challenge

Religion of Sports was born from the minds of sports superstars Tom Brady and Michael Strahan and filmmaker Gotham Chopra, who wanted to create a platform that empowered athletes to tell their authentic stories. After a series of successful programs, they wanted to solidify their offering as a collective of talented storytellers across mediums. They hoped a proper rebrand would do that.

The solution

By harmonizing the power of religion and the collectivism of sports, we established brand foundations, including a mission statement that put athletes at the helm. Beyond that, we optimized fundamental site architecture, assuring that ROS wasn’t just another page to scroll through, but a profound experience. Our design team also led the art direction of several ROS podcasts, including False Idol, In the Moment and the Ambie-nominated Roughhousing.

Building community through sport and storytelling is one of our central goals — one that Robin helped us achieve. From a cohesive rebrand to our first-ever live event in New York, built around the 2022 World Cup, they were an incredible partner to us.


We created a comprehensive brand system focused on cohesiveness and flexibility, from partnership materials to standalone assets. Additionally, our awareness campaign built around the 2022 World Cup led to hundreds of Eventbrite followers, nearly a thousand newsletter subscribers and 7.3K website views over a 45-day span, the latter accounting for roughly half of ROS's web traffic through the period.
